When you use Pull or Pass, we collect the deal information you enter into the analysis form (property details, pricing, condition). This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you create an account.

If you subscribe, we collect your email address and payment information through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details directly.

How We Use It

Your deal data is used solely to generate your analysis results (grade, verdict, MAO calculation). We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information or deal data to third parties.

We may use your email address to send you product updates, onboarding guidance, and occasional marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Data Storage

Deal analysis data is stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data will remove your deal history. Account and subscription data is stored securely through our third-party service providers.

• Vercel for hosting
• GoHighLevel for email and marketing communications
