Service Description
Pull or Pass is a wholesale real estate deal analysis tool provided by The Acquisition Queen. The service grades leads using a proprietary scoring algorithm and provides estimated Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations.

Pull or Pass is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional advice. All grades, verdicts, MAO calculations, and rehab cost estimates are approximations based on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence, pull your own comps, and consult with qualified professionals before making offers.
Free Tier
New users receive 3 free deal analyses. No credit card is required. After 3 analyses, a paid subscription is required for continued access.
Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Limitation of Liability
The Acquisition Queen and Pull or Pass shall not be liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of this tool. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
